*A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is collected after your visit unless a cancellation or no-show policy applies.

Evening and weekend appointments are available for patients who prefer care outside of standard hours. These visits include a $50 telehealth after-hours fee and $75 in-person after-hours fee.
