Dr. Arshia Rassi is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who believes women’s healthcare should feel more thoughtful, more personalized, and far less rushed.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mercer University, where she trained in both medical and surgical care, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures.

Based in Las Vegas, she brings that experience to a more modern, patient-centered approach.

After years in traditional practice, she saw firsthand how often care becomes transactional with short visits, limited access, and little time for meaningful conversation. She knew there had to be a better way to practice medicine, one that prioritizes both clinical excellence and the patient experience.

That vision led to the creation of Elevate GYN & Women’s Health.

Her approach focuses on comprehensive gynecologic care, advanced hormone therapy, and medically guided weight management, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and continuity. She takes the time to truly listen, thoughtfully evaluate, and create individualized plans that align with each patient’s goals.
