At Elevate Gyn & Women’s Health, pricing is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and easy to understand — without the confusion that often comes with traditional insurance-based healthcare.

In many medical settings, patients may not know the true cost of a visit, procedure, or lab until weeks later after insurance processing, adjustments, and unexpected bills. Our model is different. We believe patients deserve clear pricing upfront so they can make informed decisions about their care with confidence.

Many of our services are offered through a direct-pay model, allowing for more personalized care, longer visits, easier communication, and a simplified experience without many of the administrative barriers often associated with traditional insurance systems.

For patients who wish to use insurance benefits when possible, we can also provide documentation or superbills that may be submitted for potential out-of-network reimbursement depending on individual plan coverage.

Our goal is simple: to provide modern gynecologic care that is transparent, accessible, and centered around the patient experience.

  • In-person gynecologic services will be available in the Las Vegas/Henderson area as the practice expands. Additional details coming soon.

  • Telehealth Consultation

    $195
    Comprehensive new patient telehealth visit for gynecologic concerns, hormone evaluation, or weight management consultation.

    Follow-Up Telehealth Visit

    $95
    Established patient follow-up appointments.

  • Extended evening and weekend appointments may be available for an additional fee.

    • Telehealth appointments: +$50
    • In-person appointments: +$75

  • Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

    Treatment plans are individualized and may include:

    • Creams

    • Capsules

    • Troches

    • Pellet therapy

    • Other compounded medications

    Medication pricing varies depending on treatment plan and pharmacy selection.

    Some prescriptions may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on the medication and the patient’s individual insurance plan. Compounded medications and pellet therapy are typically self-pay.

    Pellet Therapy

    $450

    Comprehensive consultation is required prior to initiation of hormone therapy.

  • Initial Consultation

    $195
    Comprehensive telehealth consultation to review medical history, prior weight loss efforts, lifestyle factors, and individualized treatment options.

    If treatment is initiated, $100 of the consultation fee will be credited toward your first medication order.

    Weight management services are self-pay. Medication pricing varies depending on treatment plan.

  • Elevate GYN & Women’s Health currently operates through a hybrid self-pay model designed to provide more personalized, transparent care.

    At this time, the practice accepts traditional Medicare (straight Medicare) while remaining out-of-network with most commercial insurance plans.

    Some laboratory testing, imaging, and prescription medications may still be eligible for insurance coverage depending on the patient’s individual insurance plan and benefits.

    Compounded medications, pellet therapy, and certain specialized services are typically self-pay.

    HSA/FSA cards may be used for eligible services.

    Insurance participation may expand over time as the practice continues to grow. Please check back for future updates.

  • Payment Policy

    Payment is due at the time of service. A valid card on file may be required for appointments, telehealth visits, and certain services.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

    Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

    Telehealth Visits

    Telehealth services are available to patients located in Nevada.

    Prescription Policy

    Prescription recommendations are determined on an individual basis following medical evaluation. Prescription approval and insurance coverage are not guaranteed.

    Hormone Therapy & Weight Management

    Treatment plans are individualized and may require laboratory testing, follow-up visits, and ongoing monitoring.

    Compounded medications and pellet therapy are typically self-pay.

    Communication Policy

    Current patients may communicate securely with the practice through approved HIPAA-compliant communication platforms.
